Double Room in Old Street

This flat was initially a one bedroom with living room, but I am turning it into a two bedroom flat (kitchen can be used as the living room) to reduce rent! The room I am advertising is the initial bedroom, next to the living room which will then become my bedroom.

As I couldn't get a UK guarantor, I had to pay 6 months upfront and am looking for someone who could *ideally* pay their share upfront too (rent x6). The property was advertised by Foxtons, so if any doubt I can always give you the reference and/or the contract details.

The flat is a 15 min walk to Angel, and a 8min walk to Old Street, with lots of amenities around the highstreet.

I am *ideally* hoping to find a female tenant with similar interests in music, nature and art, around the same age 22-28. I hope to find more than a flatmate but a lifelong friend!
