Only 1 woman is allowed, and it would be good if you are a student or office worker who does not smoke and has a quiet and calm personality, no party no guest allowed no drugs
You will only share the flat with 1 female office worker who is currently living in another room, so there will never be crowds and you can live quietly and rest (residential area)
It is not a council flat, but a regular flat overlooking the garden
