I’m renting out a cozy single room in a lovely flat located in Old Street, just an 8-minute walk to Old Street station 🚶‍♀️🚇.

The location is honestly one of the best parts. The flat is right in front of Shoreditch Park, perfect for walks or fresh air. You’ll also find plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bars around the area. A Morrisons is only a 5-minute walk away, plus a local shop nearby for quick essentials. There’s also a bus stop just 1 minute from the flat 🚌, which makes getting around super easy.

We’re in Zone 1 📍, with Angel just one stop away and King’s Cross only two stops, so transport links are excellent 🚆.

The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dryer (a lifesaver in this weather!). We also provide professional cleaning once a month 🧼✨ and take care of all maintenance free of charge, so the flat is always well looked after.

I’m happy to arrange in-person viewings 👀, or online viewings 💻 if you’re abroad or have a busy schedule.
