I’m looking for someone to take over my fully furnished studio at Scape Shoreditch - it’s the perfect spot for a student looking for comfort and convenience! The studio is located on the 8th floor and features a well-equipped kitchen and an en-suite bathroom, so you’ll have everything you need for easy, independent living.

The room also has plenty of storage, with several drawers in the kitchen, a medium-sized closet, a cabinet beside the bed, and even extra space under the mattress - so you’ll have room to keep everything neat and organized. Plus, there’s a long desk that’s perfect for studying or working on assignments - ideal for students who need space to focus.

The building also has a spacious communal kitchen where you can hang out and meet other students, plus a cinema room for movie nights and downtime with friends. If you like to stay active, you’ll love the on-site gym with weekly group fitness classes (if relevant to you), all included in your rent!

You’ll be just 4-5 minutes from Old Street Station, making it super easy to get around London. Plus, there’s a great selection of cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby - all within a quick 5-10 minute walk.

All bills are included in the rent - this covers heating, hot water, electricity, WiFi, and so forth, so you won’t have to worry about extra costs. The studio is available for £390 per week, with a contract running from April 1st to September 9th. Please note, there is a £400 damage deposit, which will be fully refunded to you at the end of the contract.
