Double bedroom between Old Street and Angel

Hello! We're Gosia and Muaaz =)

We're looking for someone to join our cozy little flat, as our current flatmate is moving out by the end of the year into his own place!

Move-in date: 1st Jan 2025

The room on offer is the biggest room in the house, which was originally a 2BR renovated into a 3BR, hence the lack of a living room.

Downstairs will be your room and the kitchen. And upstairs are our 2 bedrooms, and the bathroom and a separate toilet.

The room on offer is the one shown in the pictures. It comes furnished including only the double bed, the wardrobe and the chest of drawers. The remaining is the current tenant's touch, and will be taken away (TV, 2-seater dining set, decorations, plants, strip lights, etc..).

The room also has its own balcony.

We maintain the house to be clean and tidy throughout the week, with a cleaning schedule for each of us!

The location is safe and quiet.

10 min walk to Old street station 🚉
14 min walk to Angel station 🚉
Barbican, Farringdon, and Liverpool St stations all within <25 min walk.
8 min cycle to Kings Cross St Pancras 🚲

Many shops around us in Old Street and Angel: Aldi, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, M&S, Uniqlo, H&M.

Heya! I will be your flatmate upstairs, I consider myself a very relaxed and easy going person. I work in tech, and I'm into racket sports. I like socialising and grabbing a drink with my flatmates, and I'm happy to sit down for tea and a chat after work. But I also like disappearing into my room for an entire weekend day just sleeping, I sleep a lot.

Looking for a peaceful and easy going people to share flat who will respect everyones privacy and busy schedules. Appreciate both, occasionally evening chats and glass of wine, as well as silence and rest with a good book ;). I should also mention that I really value living in a nice, clean home, so cleanliness needs to be a priority for you too ;)

Bills are not included. That would be around 100£ each monthly
