Spacious and well located flat in Shoreditch

FULLY furnished flat available for minimum 6 month stay in shoreditch - 5 minute walk from Old Street tube station.

Flat is within a gated complex. Has a lot of space, large living room/kitchen, high ceilings, modern renovations in bathrooms and common spaces.

I (Jason) have been living in this flat for almost 3 years and absolutely love it. I am looking to fill my departing flatmates space with a male 27-32 who is social, friendly, and likes to live in a clean space.

Letting agency has told me that a suitable candidate must have annual income at minimum of 45k (to adequately cover living expenses).

For furnishings, everything is included. This means bed, bedframe, couch, tables, chairs, TV, desk, blender, toaster, kitchen equipment, etc. Part of the condition in moving in is to buy out my current flatmate's share of the existing furniture at a cost of 200.
