Fully furnished with a double bed.
☀️ Bright and spacious, making it a comfortable space to settle into.

💰 Council tax band D.
Approximate monthly bills (per person): ~£39.33 per month.

About the Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two professional women, both 24 years old:

👩‍⚖️ One works as a paralegal.
🛍️ The other is a sales consultant.

They lead active lifestyles, are into running, and prefer a relaxed home environment. It’s more of a “quiet night in” kind of flat with cooking or board games rather than big parties.
