Double room in amazing central location!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our flat share, which has 2 double bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, balcony and plenty of built-in cupboard space! The flat comes furnished including a double bed in the room being advertised.

The location is truly amazing - 2 mins walk to Shoreditch park, and 10 mins walk to Old Street station for tube lines. Liverpool Street station is also 20 mins walk away for train lines. It’s also right by Regent’s canal which you can walk to Angel in 15 mins (perfect for canal walks / runs too!)

I am moving out as I have bought a flat, so we are looking for someone lovely to replace me living with my current flatmate. We are both female, late twenties and have professional jobs in the city. We love walking about the area, grabbing dinner or a drink in one of the many local restaurants / pubs, going to the gym and baking together - so great if the new flatmate is up for joining in too :)

Rent is £1175 which excludes council tax (£74 per month) and water and electricity bills. Our current contract started 22nd July 2024 and goes until 22nd July 2025, so ideally I’m looking for someone to take over the remainder of the contract.
