I’m looking for a student to take over a studio at Scape Shoreditch over summer. The studio is located on the 7th floor and has a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and hob) and an en-suite bathroom.

The room has plenty of storage and a nice view and good light. The building has a gym, communal kitchen, spacious and cosy study areas and hangout areas, cinema room, pool table & table tennis.

5 mins from Old street station
12 mins from King’s Cross station
There is a bus stop right outside the accomodation with direct buses that go to King’s, LSE, UCL, SOAS
It’s less than 5 mins walk to Aldi, coop, Sainsbury, tian tian, Argos.
The area had a lot of restaurants and pubs/bars that are really student friendly (if you are a social person)

All bills are included. Free WiFi. The studio is available for £1750 per month, and is available from
2/05/2025 until 06/09/2025 (the start date is variable). You can extend/renew your tenancy if you wish to do so after.
Please note, there is a £400 damage deposit, which will be fully refunded to you at the end of the contract.
