I am looking for a new flatmate from 16th of March to renew our lease, as my friend is moving back home to Germany. The flat is perfectly located within a 5 minute walk to Old Street underground station, with Shoreditch and Angel about 10 minutes away.
The room available is a large double, fully furnished with a double bed, closet, chest of drawers, and more. The flat has three rooms, including a comfortable living room and a well-equipped kitchen.
The rent is £1350 per month, with additional bills of around £150, bringing the total to £1500 per month.
This is a great spot if you enjoy grabbing a drink at one of the local pubs after work or taking a walk along Regent’s Canal to Victoria Park. Even though the flat is very central, the area itself is safe and quiet.
I’m looking for an open-minded flatmate who enjoys being social, who is also happy to keep the flat clean.
