Spacious, furnished double room available.
I am looking for a friendly, responsible and polite flatmate (non-smoker) who is preferably a young working professional, respectful of our space and is tidy.
Ideally you would be available to move in on 16 May 2025, but do let me know if one or so weeks later is preferred.
About Me: I’m 26, work full-time in the City (so I’m often out of the flat during the day), and I am usually sociable and active!
The Flat: This is a two bed flat and there is one flatmate. There is a shared bathroom and toilet. The flat is a recently refurbished duplex with plenty of storage and lovely neighbours.
The room: Available from 16/5/25.
- The room is large, airy and very well-lit. Please note the room is fairly loud given it is street facing - it is unsuitable for a light sleeper.
- The room is fully furnished with a double bed, large drawer, large wardrobe and small wardrobe, desk and a chair.
- There is a shared living room with a sofa bed, sofa and dining table.
Bills not included. Bills, council tax and a cleaner will cost approximately £170 a month. This includes a fixed water bill of £30, gas and electricity on pay-as-you-go meters (approx £35), £75 contribution towards Council Tax (Band C) and £35 for a cleaner. There is no broadband, although 5G works very well in the flat.
+ Deposit (1-month rent).
NB: checks by agency, e. g. proof of income and credit check, are required (these are not stringent).
