We are looking for a new female flatmate from the 1st June in our 3-bedroom flat in Old Street!
The flat is furnished, has a terrace, two floors, and a big living room (and bathroom and toilets are separate). We are in a quiet residential area, minutes away from Old Street station. Farringdon station is at a short walking distance, and buses 55 and 243 stop right on our doorstep.
We are looking for someone friendly and clean who wants to join a cosy home! We like to chat and cook in the evening while also valuing each other's alone time. The flat isn’t a party house as we live in a an area with lots of families but we like having friends over.
The room is on the small side but there is plenty of storage in the hallway. There is space to work in the living room but the flat is not really suitable for someone working from home full time.
About us: Emily is 28, British and works in a communications agency. When she’s not writing talking points she likes to explore the area and grab a coffee or a pint, gaming or seeing friends. Leila is 26, French and German and works in a café while looking for a job in sustainability. She loves running and hiking, and exploring London, especially with friends!
