I’m heading away in May and looking to sublet my room in a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat on East Road (N1), ideally located between Islington and Shoreditch - just a few minutes’ walk from Old Street Station (Northern Line, Zone 1). The room will be available for one month from May.

The flat is in a brand-new building and is spacious, modern, fully furnished, and well-equipped (please note bills are not included). It offers:

A large open-plan living area
A private balcony
Your own ensuite bathroom
Plenty of natural light
Stylish, designer furniture

The location is unbeatable:
You’ll be in a lively, well-connected area with cafés, gyms, restaurants, and shops right on your doorstep. Angel, Shoreditch, and the City are all within walking distance, and there’s a Tesco just across the road.

The room comes fully equipped, and if you work from home, you’re welcome to use my monitor and standing desk (located in the living room).

You’ll be sharing with a friendly and easy-going professional who works as a graphic manager. Ideally looking for someone who is tidy, reliable, and easy to get along with.
