I’m away from mid-May and looking to sublet my room in this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat on East Road (N1), perfectly located between Islington and Shoreditch - just a few minutes from Old Street Station (Northern Line, Zone 1). The room is available from 16/05-14/06.

The flat is in a brand-new building and is spacious, modern, fully furnished, and very well equipped (bills not included). It features:

The location is fantastic - cafés, gyms, restaurants, and shops are all on your doorstep, with Angel, Shoreditch, and the City within walking distance. There’s also a Tesco directly across the road.
The room comes fully equipped, and if you work from home, you’re welcome to use my monitor and standing desk.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easy-going professional working in graphic management. Ideally looking for someone tidy, reliable, and considerate.
