Room 1️⃣ (smallest): £1000 pcm. Cosier but more affordable! Has a double wardrobe, plenty of shelves, double bed and bedside table! There is also a desk in the living room so you can wfh! 🛌

Room 2️⃣ (green bedding in pics): £1157.50 pcm, large built in wardrobe with storage space, large chest of drawers, bedside table and double bed! Super bright and airy ⭐️

Room 3️⃣ (pink bedding in pics): £1157.50 pcm, large built in wardrobe with storage space, shelves, desk, bedside table and double bed! Doesn’t share a wall with other rooms.

💸This is how we split the rent but you could change this around if you like! Not including bills. Young professionals earning over 32k and also students welcome if you can pay 6 months rent upfront!

🚌 We work in the City of London and it’s only a 30 minute walk, so we saved money on our commute. Or if you prefer to get the bus it’s only 15 minutes!
