Room in our friendly Old Street home 😊

5 min walk to the canal! Excellent flatmates! Cool part of town! What more could you ask for :)

Our friend is moving away in late June so we are looking for a new flatmate. It is a beautiful flat in Old Street with a cute little outdoor terrace and balcony. We are a 5 min walk from the canal, 5 min from old street station, and right next to a Sainsburys.

The room is a double, with a desk and bathroom. Rent is £1365 (+50ish for bills). Kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher. The flat is a newbuild with no issues, and our landlord is very helpful and responsive in case they come up.

About us:

Alice (me) - I love to cook (and host dinners!), draw, read, and travel on weekend adventures. I lived in Singapore for a 10 years before going to uni in the US, but am back in London for good now!

Ali - I am half Italian half English, I love running and reading - you’ll often find me running loops around the river or sat on the sofa with a glass of wine and a book. I’m a decent cook, and can offer some good Italian food. Did my postgrad at King’s and have been in London for 6 years :)

What we're looking for - a friendly flatmate who is up for a dinner or drink here and there, but is respectful of our space and time.

We are chill and friendly girls - we do shoes off indoors, are LGBTQ+ friendly, and pro-Palestine. Just mentioning as it is important to us that we’re morally aligned :)
