We're looking for someone to take over our tenancy in our Old Street flat from mid-November - we absolutely love it but we've had an offer accepted on a house sooner than expected. Ideally some flex in dates as we're not 100% when we'll be able to complete. The lease runs through to 9th April when it would need to be renewed.
The flat is in an ideal part of Old Street and just 10 mins from Old Street and 15 mins from Hoxton. The rent is very reasonable for a 1 bed so central and the landlord has been brilliant with repairs etc. The flat comes furnished (though some of the smaller furniture in the pictures is ours for which we can provide a breakdown).
We have a private balcony and access to a shared roof also.
