Cosy & cheap single close to Old Street/Hoxton

After two years, I am now moving out my cosy single room and I am looking for someone to fill the room by the end of October/early November.

The flat is just an 8-10 minute walk from Old Street station with Hoxton, Shoreditch High Street and Angel all within easy reach. I have honestly adored living in this area, and it is with heavy heart that I am moving out of zone 1. If you are looking for a central London location, that is surrounded by artistic and gorgeous places such as Regent’s Canal, Hoxton Square or Brick Lane, the flat is for you.

The room is quite compact but can be made to be cozy and homely. Unfortunately, the office chair is no longer in the best shape, so I'd suggest you bring your own. Other than that, the room comes fully furnished with a desk, wardrobe, single bed and bookshelf.

The flat has a modern kitchen, shared bathroom, extra WC and friendly flatmates who keep things tidy and relaxed.

The Landlord is very relaxed and the room contract would be on a rolling basis.

The rent includes all bills, except WIFI. It's such a deal for this area, which is what has kept me here for two years.
