Room for rent in Old Street

Hi all!

Our flatmate is moving back home for visa related reasons so a room will become available in our flat! You would be living with Susie (Australian) and Julie (Dutch). The room is available from 11 November and comes furnished with a bed, bedside table and a built-in wardrobe (the other items would be available for a small price). The room and flat are laminated throughout, only the stairs are carpet.

About us - We are fairly quiet people in the sense that we have our own social lives, but we like a chat when we bump into each other and like to keep a good and friendly atmosphere in the flat :) We don't do house parties and/or have people over regularly so ideally we are looking for someone who shares the same values and is also happy to do their bit to keep the flat clean.

About the flat - the rent is £850 a month and this is inclusive of council tax. The only additional bills are:
Internet: £11 per person (paid by us monthly)
Gas and electricity: £20-35 per person (sent by and paid to the landlord monthly)
