Mario (Italian) tech consultant, very social, likes to listen to music. Salomé (French), PhD student in Economics, very chill, likes movies and books.
We have a fully renovated flat with two full bathrooms. Spacious common spaces with a nice garden, with a barbecue that we use during the summer. We are 7 mins away from Old Street Station.
Rent is 1.1K + 150 pounds per month of amenities (includes weekly cleaning, council tax, gas and water bills). The landlord is super responsive.
Possible to move in between December 1st and February 1st, until end of August (with possibility to extend).
