Bright homey flat in Hoxton!

Hi! My flatmate is sadly moving out at the beginning of December. We’ve had such a wonderful time in our cozy homie flat and we’d like to find someone to replace her.

My current flatmate is flexible to move out from the 5th of December until the 15th. Our rent is paid on the. 15th so it should be someone willing to pay from that date.

My boyfriend will be moving into the flat on the 1st of March and we want to find someone who is happy to share with a couple. However, a short let is considered if you would rather just share for 3 months with me.

The flat is bright, cozy and perfect for a student or a professional. It is just a 8 minute walk from Old street tube station and Hoxton overground station. As well as Aldi, M&S, Superdrug and Lidl. We are just minutes away from all the lively bars and restaurants in Shoreditch, however our street is tucked away from the busy main road. It is honestly a great location for commuters, social individuals who want to explore the lively side of Shoreditch.

I’m a 27 year old female from Spain looking for someone who wants a clean, relaxed space to live in. My main interests are psychology, music, pubs, exploring the city and reading. I’m an easy going girly looking for someone to be friends with.

Bills are not included but round up to £80 each. Council tax band B (not included)
