Room in Old street for December and January

Room to rent for December to January 26th.

The room is cosy but fits drawers and a double bed and further storage can be utilised downstairs. The room comes furnished for 75£.

The flat is furnished nicely and has a large living room separate to a good sized kitchen (with a gas stove), where you can meet up chatting away at the end of a work day.

There is a large balcony providing lots of fresh air in the summer and we get loads of natural light in both communal areas and bedrooms.

The bathroom also has a bathtub for that good soak at the end of the week!

We are only a few minutes walk from Old St tube station - need we say more about transport links?!

Looking for someone tidy and respectful, but most importantly likes to laugh, share stories and be a friend as well as a housemate. Someone who likes fast food and fashion would be a great fit!

We will schedule visits for Wed 26-November and will look for the new housemate to be moved in ideally by mid-December.
