Beautiful en-suite room in the center of London

The rent is 1,420£/month, it’s a very large en-suite room (with shower) with loads of light and storage. The flat was renovated when we moved in last year, they placed triple glazing windows, fully repainted and new kitchen. Bills are typically £150 per month- £60 (electricity+wifi) and council tax is 80£ per person. It’s a historic building with 24/7 concierge and a communal terrace where we like to have dinners/ pres/ yoga ✨ it’s a three bed, you’d be sharing with Alexandra (27, from Oregon, US) and Sofia (25, Italian). Alexandra is a researcher in neuroscience and AI between UCL and Cambridge, she loves running and reading. Sofia does commercial research in the energy transition, she’s a skier and runner and loves cooking (tiramisu and gnocchi are the house specialty). We are both quite busy and will be at the office most days. We are friendly and relaxed, we liked doing flat dinners to catch up and hang out - usually every month. We like the house to be clean (rota of full deep cleaning every 2 weeks), and like hosting dinners with friends, although we’ve never done a big party (pres + Shoreditch are what we usually prefer to do). Alexandra’s room is right next to the kitchen and living room so we try to be mindful of noise past 10:30 during the week. That’s all! We are excited to find someone that has similar habits and make new friends ☺️
Move in Sunday May 3. All furniture is landlord’s, except desk, which can be purchased for £50.
