A large double bedroom with ensuite will be available from the 19th February. We’re looking for a 27-36yo individual to join our modern furnished 3 bedroom/2 bathroom flat; we’re open to the idea of a couple (long-term let, 6-month min).

We’re looking for someone friendly who enjoys socialising with flatmates and is extremely clean and house-proud.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located near Old Street tube station and is within walking distance to Shoreditch, Angel and Liverpool Street Station. Aldi, Sainsbury, Tesco, Co-op and M&S are all within a 5min walk. It's a 10min walk to Shoreditch Park or 30mins to London Fields. The flat is on the 2nd floor, which has both stairs and lift access.

There is a large open-plan kitchen/living space — the kitchen side overlooks the courtyard and the living room opens onto a balcony.

A fully furnished double room with a full height wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers, 1 bedside table, 2 under-bed pull-out drawers and an ensuite.
Rent: £1320 p/cm

Other Bills: £120 (includes electricity, internet and council tax. Water/gas usage is free.)

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES:
Nellie and Hamish occupy the other 2 bedrooms and share a bathroom.

Nellie is a 36 year old Australian, working as an Account Manager for a Luxury Design Manufacturer. She loves illustrating, exercising (yoga, spinning and dance), eating out and visiting galleries and exhibitions.

Hamish is a 27 year old Kiwi, working in Business Experimentation for Steven Bartlett. He loves spending time with friends and exploring, going to gigs and festivals, and staying fit and active. He also enjoys movie nights and yarns with the flatties.

The flat is available for in-person viewings, but we’re also happy to have initial chats over video call. We look forward to hearing from you!
