Double room available in a two bedroom flat in Old Street. The room is spacious and comes furnished with a bed, double wardrobe, a shelving unit and two beside cabinets. There is also plenty of room for a desk and chair.

The room is west facing and gets plenty of sun during the afternoon. The flat contains a fully furnished separate kitchen/dining area and living room, which both also get plenty of sun. The living room also has a sofa bed and a desk.

You would be sharing the flat with just one other flatmate (female in her 30s who works in tech). The flat is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood however is a quick 10 minute walk to Old Street station. There is also a Tesco Express within 5 minutes walk and multiple corner shops right outside the flat.

Total rent is £1,100pcm plus bills, which normally come to around £100 - £150 per month. Move in date is 1/03/26, however I am flexible with a slightly later move in date, but not any earlier.
