Our current flatmate is Alice is pursuing her dream to live in France which is very exciting! We (Luke and I) are currently on the hunt for a new flatmate to join our lovely flat located between Old Street and Angel.
The room will be available from 28 February. It would be a contract agreement rather than a sublet, with the contract running until August 2026. Deposit is £700 and bills roughly come to an extra £100. A weekly cleaner is also included in the rent 🙌🏻
A bit about us:
Luke works in geopolitics and I am in the charity sector. Our interests include reading, cooking, films, running, gym, hiking and pubbing.
We are a friendly household and are looking for someone who is looking for a similar vibe and any shared interests is a bonus!
