Bright double ensuite room Angel/Old Street

Our lovely flatmate is (sadly) moving out, so we’ll have a bright double room with an ensuite available from March.

You’d be joining a friendly flat of four working professionals. The flat has a spacious lounge, plus an extra area that’s perfect if you work from home. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, and the building even has a secure bike shed.

Rent is £1,175.
Bills are £190–£250 per month and include everything: council tax, Wi-Fi, electricity, gas, and water.

We’re ideally located, about a 10–15 minute walk from Old Street, with Angel and Hoxton just a few minutes further. There’s also a bus stop a minute away, which makes getting around very easy.

For shopping, there’s a Co-op, Tesco, Aldi and Sainsbury’s nearby, so you can always choose your favourite.

About us:
We’re a sociable and respectful household of working professionals who enjoy spending time together, whether that’s chatting in the lounge, watching a movie, cooking together, or grabbing a pint at the pub. With both an Italian and a Brit in the house, we can promise good food and great nights at the pub. That said, we also respect personal space. As long as we’re all considerate of each other and the flat, we’ll get along just fine.
