- Very central: 3-min away from the tube (Old Street Station), the City and Shoreditch are also at a walking distance

- Move-in date is quite flexible

I'm a 27 yo French/Peruvian guy working in Farringdon. I'm outgoing but I also like chillin' (very generic, I know). Looking for someone clean and fun, would be great if we could become friends! I work long hours in finance and never WFH, so the flat should be quiet during weekdays
