I'm subletting my double room in a modern 4-bed duplex flat right between Old Street and Hoxton, available 7th June – 13th September 2026 (flexible by a few days either side). Zone 1, fully furnished, all bills included, ready to move in.

Perfect for a summer intern, placement student, or anyone in London for the summer. Ideal duration is 2-4 months, with potential to extend if you'd like to stay longer.

The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe, full-length mirror, desk, monitor, lamp, drawers, and plenty of cupboard space. Bright with a large window and kept in great condition throughout.

You'll be sharing with three friendly flatmates, LSE students and recent graduates in our early 20s. We're sociable but respectful, we hang out and grab dinner together when people are around, but everyone gives each other space when needed. Easy household to live in.

The flat is a 4-bedroom duplex across two floors, with a large open-plan kitchen and living area featuring a leather sofa, dining space, smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime included), and a private balcony with views of the city. The kitchen is modern, with a gas hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Washing machine and dryer are upstairs. Two full bathrooms, each with their own shower and toilet, are shared between us and we've never had any issues.

I'll be around throughout the summer and based nearby, so I can pop over quickly if anything comes up. Happy to lend a hand with moving in or out if that's useful too.
