Looking for One Flatmate to Join My Flat in Old Street – Available from Early July

Hi,

I'm looking for one flatmate to join my flat in Old Street from the beginning of July, as my current flatmate has recently purchased her own home.

A little about me: my name is Marilena, and I work as a Corporate Receptionist in Central London. I work in the office Monday to Friday.
I am friendly, funny, considerate and trustworthy.
In my spare time, I enjoy visiting art exhibitions, going to the theatre, trying new restaurants and bars, reading, walking, and going to the gym.

The flat is fully furnished and in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Old Street Station. There is also a bus stop less than 5 minutes away.

The available room is a lovely, bright, and spacious double bedroom furnished with a wardrobe, desk, and chair. You will also have your own bathroom, as my bedroom has an ensuite.

Rent is £1,185 per month, and bills are approximately £218 per person, per month.

The tenancy can be renewed on 5 March 2027, as we are currently on a yearly contract. Everything will be managed through the estate agents, who will require references from the new tenant.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys having a chat but is also happy doing their own thing. I value a home that is peaceful, clean, tidy, and well looked after, so this is not a party flat.

Ideally, you will be friendly, considerate, respectful, and trustworthy. The flat would suit someone with a healthy lifestyle who is a non-smoker and does not use drugs. Unfortunately, I can only consider single occupants, so no couples.

The flat is best suited to someone who does not work from home full-time, or who works from home only occasionally (for example, once a week).
