Lovely 2-bed flat with a great (private) outdoor space overlooking Regent's Canal, just a 10-minute walk from both Angel and Old Street, and a walking distance from the City. The room available is a spacious en-suite, available from early August (01 September the latest, which is when the new lease starts). All utility bills included, weekly cleaner is also included.
Additional council tax is £125, brings total cost to £1,885.

I'm looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate (preferably female) who enjoys a friendly, relaxed home. I'd love to live with someone who's sociable and happy to chat or occasionally have friends over, but who also appreciates a peaceful atmosphere and treats the flat as a home rather than a party house.

About me: I'm a 33-year-old French professional. I'm always up for a good night out but I equally enjoy quiet evenings at home. I love fashion, art and discovering new places, and I try to stay active by going to Pilates when I can (although I'm definitely not a fitness fanatic!).

I start work early (6:45am), so I'd really appreciate someone who's mindful of noise in the evenings and at night.
