【About the room】
I'm looking for a tenant to rent my bright and comfortable double room while I'm away from 6 September until 6 July next year (10 months).

The room is approximately 13 m² (140 sq ft), fully furnished with a double bed, and gets plenty of natural light throughout the day.

※Please note that some of my personal belongings will remain in the room, so I'm looking for someone who is respectful and happy with this arrangement.

Rent: £900 per month (all bills included and Council tax is included)
Deposit: £900
Payment is by bank transfer.

I'm ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full 10 months, or at least 7 months.

【About shared areas of the home】
You'll be sharing the flat with 3 other housemates (4 people in total). The landlord does not live in the property.

The flat includes:
*Fully equipped shared kitchen (microwave, kettle, cookware, tableware, etc.)
*Separate bathroom and toilet
*Bathtub
*Shower with a filtered shower head
*Wi-Fi
*Washing machine and tumble dryer

The flat is on the 2nd floor. There is lift access depending on which entrance you use.
The building is next to a large park with a gym and swimming pool, making it a great location for anyone who enjoys staying active.

Bus 394 stop just outside the building, plus several other bus routes nearby
