Room available in Old Street, a 5 minute walk to Old Street Station (Northern Line), and about a 20 minute walk to the City of London. Walking distance to Shoreditch, Farringdon, Clerkenwell and Angel too. All bills included in the rent.

I work in asset management near Liverpool Street and am in the office 4/5 days a week. Pretty easygoing and keep the place clean and tidy.

Looking for someone with a similar outlook, professional, clean and respectful. Ideally someone longer term.

In terms of what to expect, it's a well sized double bedroom with good storage. The flat is on the first floor of a secure Victorian building with only 6 apartments, so it's a quiet and safe place to live. Shared kitchen with dining area and bathroom only. I'm planning to continue improving and upgrading the place over time to make it a really nice home.
