Hi! We’re a couple from New Zealand renting out a room in our flat from October 1st.
Sadly our current flat mate is moving on and we’re looking for someone to fill his spot.

The flat is located on a quiet backstreet and overlooks a park. It is a 5 min walk to Old street station. And a 10-15 min walk to Liverpool street station.

-fully furnished with cutlery/crockery etc (but room for you to bring your own.. lots of unused drawers)
-you will have your own fridge and freezer
-within a secure building, with quiet friendly neighbours

About the area
-2 min walk to Ironmonger row baths featuring indoor pool, gym and spa
-5 or 10 min walk to Shoreditch. Great selection of pubs, bars, restaurants and galleries
-10 min walk to regents canal
-3 min walk to 3 super markets. M&S , COOP and Aldi
-easy access to the Elizabeth line and the West end
-5 min walk to the city of London

You’ll be living with my self and my partner Felix. We moved over from NZ last year to experience London life and love to travel. We’re easy going people and hope to find someone similar. I work full time as a nanny and Felix works in tech consulting. We often travel for work but when in London, Felix works mostly from home upstairs.
Not a party flat but we do like to host people time to time, but always give plenty of notice.
We enjoy cooking, movie nights, festivals and exploring all the fun things London has to offer.
