I’m looking for a lovely woman to take over my room in our bright, stylish and spacious flat, available from 11th October

📍 Location
The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from Old Street Station and a short walk from Shoreditch. There are loads of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops nearby, so there’s always something going on, while the flat itself is a lovely, calm place to come home to.

It’s also really well connected. In just 15 minutes or less, you can get to: King's Cross and St Pancras, Liverpool St., London Bridge, Angel, Islington.

Within a 20-minute walk, you can get to Spitalfields Market, Broadway Market, Columbia Flower Market

For groceries, Tesco and Sainsbury’s are around 4 minutes away, Aldi is around an 8-minute walk, and Lidl is about 12 minutes away.

🏡The Flat & Room

The flat has a spacious open-plan living and dining area, large windows and a modern, stylish feel. It gets lots of natural light and has a really lovely atmosphere.

The room is a good-sized double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a dressing table. It also has its own private bathroom.

You’d be sharing with Kristina, a graphic designer, who is honestly the loveliest flatmate and one of the best people I’ve lived with in London. She’s warm, friendly, easy-going and really respectful of personal space. We’ve had such a lovely time living together, and I’d love for the next person to have the same experience.

It’s a relaxed and comfortable home where you can have your own routine, but also enjoy a chat, dinner or a drink together from time to time.
