Hi there! I have a cool, bright double room available from 1 October in my two-bedroom flat, perfectly nestled right between Hoxton, Old Street, and Shoreditch.

This would be ideal if you need a comfortable, well-connected London base for a short stint. The room is available for two months, though we can easily chat about extending it to three if everything goes well.

About the flat and me
You’ll be sharing the space with just me, Victor. I work as an engineer in AI and data, so my weekdays are usually pretty busy. Because of that, I like to keep the flat as a clean, peaceful, and relaxing place to come back to. I really love this area—you have all the vibrant cafés, restaurants, and nightlife of Shoreditch just a stone's throw away, but the flat itself remains a quiet retreat. The canal is also only a few minutes' walk away, which is absolutely brilliant for a run (you'll often find me down there!).

Rent: £1,300 per month (including all standard household bills)
Deposit: £1,100 (refundable)
Council Tax: Band B
Dates: Available 1 October for 2 months (possibility of 3)

Who I'm looking for
I’m hoping to find an easygoing, respectful professional or postgraduate who needs a convenient short-term home. As long as you are tidy, considerate of the shared spaces, and looking for a friendly but relaxed environment, we’ll get along great. Please note this is for single occupancy only.

To keep things transparent and secure for both of us, I’ll provide a proper written lodger agreement and just ask for references and a standard Right to Rent check before moving in.
