Subletting on behalf of my Auntie. She has a lovely spacious double room with private bathroom in old factory building, just off Old Street in Shoreditch. Flat comes with large communal space, living/dining room, open kitchen. Fully furnished, this flat is full of amazing eclectic oddities and furniture from around the world, I truly love this flat, and would love to find someone to share it with her short term with opportunity to stay longer.

My auntie is a wonderful lady, eccentric, kind, fun, incredibly friendly and hospitable. She is a designer, ex ballet dancer and pilates teacher. She has been Airbnbing her room for a few years now, so has lots of experience sharing this space, but now she is ready for a longer term sublet. She is also a life long Londoner, so has amazing knowledge and tips for enjoying the city like a local!

She’s looking for a few weeks minimum stay with the option to extend for a longer term stay. 1 months rent with bills included would be £1,800.
