I am looking for someone to replace me in this sublet asap as I have found a permanent place and my tenancy starts immediately.
Dates are flexible, can start today to either end of September or end of October.

I have a spare room in the property I rent and am looking for SHORT TERM lets only. If you're new to London and looking for a permanent place to live or are between apartments, then I have a verv nice, clean and cosy double bedroom to rent in my spacious, split-level, two bedroom fat in Hoxton. (Close to Shoreditch with easy access to the Weaver, Northern and Elizabeth ines and a 30 minute walk to Oxford Street I'm afraid I am preferably looking for LGBT people looking for a reasonably priced, clean and safe place for short term stays, Anything over three days considered - drop me a message about your circumstances!
PS I share with my friendly, well trained and clean Schnoodle Alfred. He's non-malting and hypo-allergenic.
