Amazing Room - Workshop Conversion in Shoreditch

As my flatmates are leaving, I am looking to fill the 3 other double rooms in a warehouse conversion flat in Shoreditch.

The flat's on the top floor of a warehouse conversion on Long Street in Shoreditch. Ideal location if you work in the city and socialise in east London.

It has an enormous living space (with dining table, 3 large sofas, TV), fully fitted kitchen (including dishwasher - awesome), and all the rooms are big doubles. The room that is available is a big double, fully furnished with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed with large windows!

The room 1 has its own ensuite bathroom, and comes furnished with a double bed, cupboard and wardrobe.

The rooms 2 and 3 are the largest of the flat. They are also fully furnished. Bathroom to share.

The flat is situated just off the main Shoreditch triangle on a side street, 5 minutes walk from the multitude of restaurants, bars, clubs and cafes that abound throughout Shoreditch & Hoxton.

I am a 24 young professional who's been living in London for almost two years. I work hard during the week. But at the weekend I like to go out and about, and of course have a lovely lazy sunday. This will include hosting a gathering or two in the new place. So, what I'm saying, is that being laid back and able to have a good time is essential! My girlfriend is currently living with me and she will stay until July.

Our neighbours are our good friends, you will see them sometimes for shared flat parties!

Bills are not included in the price.

I am looking for people to move in by the end of this month.
