I'm moving out of my room in Hoxton and am looking for a female to take my place in this flatshare.
It is conveniently located near Hoxton station and a short walk to old street . It's a single room but has a nice double bed, wardrobe and night stand. There's a full bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs. We have an open plan kitchen and living room that leads out to our nice little garden !
Rent is 560 plus 22 for Internet and a cleaner we get fortnightly . You will be sharing with Marc (French) and Benj ( English ) who works in IT and Michelle who works in marketing ranging from 25-34.
We are having viewings monday the 4th of August from 7. 30 so please get in touch. The room is available now - so please only reply if you are willing to start paying rent immediatly.
