Two rooms close to Old St

Two rooms in bright, airy welcoming apartment. Stylishly and comfortably furnished with a lovely vibe on the 4th floor of a purpose built block. Situated in central Hoxton/Shoreditch.
The rooms each have double beds . There are wooden floors throughout, good storage, desk, chair and wi-fi. There is central heating.. Kitchen equipment is provided.
Great neighbourhood. Close to busier areas but surprisingly quiet. The rooms and apartment are light and peaceful.
It’s an ideal location to be based for convenience. Several London Unis and hospitals are fairly near by. The area has great bus, tube and overground links across London.. The City, Angel, Moorgate, Farringdon and Liverpool Street are all within walking distance as well as many other areas.
Old street station (Northern Line, Bank branch ) is a 3 minute walk away. Bus routes 141, 76, 21, 271, 214, 205, 43, 55, 135, and 243, among others are all within 2 or 3 mins from the apartment. Kings Cross and Euston are short bus rides away.
Regent’s canal, Shoreditch Park, plenty of art galleries, gyms, swimming pool and yoga studios are close by.
The area is full of great local restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, interesting shops and local markets.
The flat is clean and well cared for.
I am friendly and creative, I love the apartment and London however I’m away a lot, my partner lives in Greece and I have commitments that take me away from London frequently .
Considerate clean and friendly types will be considered who can willingly keep the apartment in good shape for when I return from my trips away.
I am open to the idea of renting the two rooms to people who are friends or colleagues.
