My lovely flatmates are moving back to their countries of origin so I am looking for two new flatmates to join me in this lovely flat!

Two cozy and bright bedrooms with double beds are available in early September - flexible move in date, in a 3 bed, 1 bath in a recently refurbished house in a quiet and safe neighbourhood in EC1 only a few minutes away from Old Street Station (5 mins walk) and lively Shoreditch.

The house is ideally located in a really quiet residential area within a 5-minute walk from all local amenities (Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Argos, bars, pubs, restaurants), a beautiful park, gym & various buses, night buses and 24h buses-55, 243, N35, 141, 21, 205, 214, 43.

- 10 mins walk from Moorgate
- 15 mins walk from St. Paul’s Cathedral and Bank
- 20 mins walk from Liverpool street station and Holborn
- 40 mins walk to Oxford Street

Both rooms are fully fitted with wardrobes, mirrors, chest of drawers and very comfortable double beds with memory foam mattresses.

The house has a massive shared living room, big open space kitchen and also benefits from ample storage & new flooring throughout the house as well as brand new sofas.

In addition, there's a beautiful back yard. Smoking is not allowed in the house but you can always use the back yard.

I am young-ish professional, working full time from home at the moment and ideally looking for two sociable, respectful, quiet, neat and very clean professional females (preferably) to join me in September for the next 6 months with possibility of renewal.

A bit about me

Sociable, easy going, very clean and tidy as well as a pretty decent cook, respectful of my flatmates’ privacy, not loud! Normally, I take it easy during the week and go out for dinner and drinks with friends during the weekend.
Definitely not a party house but I do enjoy a glass of wine and having dinner together occasionally.

I am also on the more cautious side of COVID and so would ideally like to live with someone who has a careful approach to the pandemic (washing hands as you get home, wearing a mask in closed public spaces, avoiding transport unless needed - to give you a sense whether we would fit as flatmates or if it would drive you a bit mad!). Under non-COVID circumstances I might have a friend over occasionally, and I would always let my flatmates know ahead of time.
