Canto Court/Student Accomodation on Old Street

I'm looking for a UNIVERSITY STUDENT (ONLY) to take over my lease at Canto Court from mid-April on-wards.

It's located conveniently on Old Street, 1 minute walk to the Old Street Station - and close to City University, CASS, and other universities.

The contract (£309 per week) ends on June 30, 2016 but I need to go home early and am willing to leave in mid-April if necessary. You should be able to extend the lease should you wish and potentially move to a different room at a lower rate after June 30th.

I live in a studio that has everything you could hope for! An amazing view of Old Street; comfortable bed; television; fully-equipped kitchnette; wardrobe plus drawers; a decent sized bathroom; and most importantly, it's very quiet!

All utilities, wi-fi, and content insurance are included in rent.

I am willing to throw in almost everything I bought for the kitchen (i. e. utensils; plates; rice cooker; blender; toaster oven; etc) and some bedding (i. e. memory foam mattress pad; blanket; 4 x pillows - 2 memory foam; heated mattress pad;) FOR FREE. (Sheets will not be included).
