Double room Short or Long Let, no reference check

Hi All,

We are looking for a new flatmate to join in our flat in Crondall Street, N16JQ. The location is great with just 5 mins walk from Old Street Station and close to Shoreditch, Hoxton and Angel where there are tons of great bars and restaurants. The flat has 4 double bedrooms in total, kitchen fully equipped and separate toilet and shower.
The room on offer is a good sized double and comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair and drawers.

The good thing with this room is that you don't have minimum stay, you don't need employment references and there is no agency fee. You can then stay 2 weeks, one month, 6 months, 1 year, it's up to you.

The rent for the room is £775/month and that included all bills (council tax, electricity, gas, internet and water). You also need to pay one month rent deposit.
The room is available from the 1st of July or sooner.

The current flatmates are an english couple Miro and Ana, a German girl Solvejg and a Finnish girl Johanna.
