The flat is in a good location and is situated in walking distance, roughly 5 minutes from Hoxton square, 5 minutes from hoxton overground station, 5 minutes from Brick lane, 15 minutes from broadway market. The nearest tubes are old street and Liverpool street, 10 minutes and 15 minutes walk respectively.

Buses within several minutes walk of the flat go oxford street, Dalston, the city, London Bridge.

The nearest supermarkets are tesco metro opposite the flat, the organic grocery on kingsland road.
