We have had a room in our two bedroom, top floor apartment becoming available for a sublet from the 21st july- 16th August.

Cost is £196 per week including all bills.

Fantastic location just 3 mins walk from Kensington Olympia station (overground and district line on weekends) and within 10-15 mins walk of Central line, Hammermsith and City and Picadilly Lines.

The neighborhood is a tidy, quiet and safe area within a 15 mins walk of Holland Park, Kensington High Street and Westfield.

The apartment is furnished and the bedroom will have a king size bed and wardrobe.

The apartment has separate kitchen, living room and bathroom and you'll be sharing with a 25 year old tidy Australian who likes a wine and a chat but also is respectful of privacy. It's a friendly and social home but not necessarily a party house. Love Island addicts welcome.

There is a corner store within a 2 Min walk, Tesco express 7 min and Lidl 13 min walk away.
