1 bedroom flat Kensington Olympia (not shared)

Moving back to France end of July, I am looking for someone to take over my little flat and make it their home.

It has got everything you need: a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, a bathroom, and a living room/kitchen. It has got plenty of light during the day and is quiet overnight.

Well located with a small Tesco and a small Sainsbury less than 5 min and some bigger shops (Tesco, Waitrose) at a 15 min walk. You are also next to Kensington Olympia Station, 5 min away from West Kensington, 10 from Baron's court, 15 min from Hammersmith and 20 min from Shepherd's Bush.

I really enjoyed living in this flat and this neighbourhood where you have plenty little cafes, the Thames not too far for nice walks and runs, and the high Street to go shopping.

Rent includes water. Electricity, Internet and council tax come on top.
