Double Room in Kensington Olympia

Looking for a single female lodger (no couples), to rent a bright and spacious double room. The flat is close to all amenities in Kensington and Hammersmith. Walking distance from overground and 4 tube stations (circle, district, piccadilly, hammersmith & city lines)

2nd floor of a period building. Shared spaces include kitchen/dining room, bathroom (there is a shower room with a toilet, as well as a separate spare toilet)

All bills are included. The flat has been recently refurbished, and the room comes with a TV/smart monitor with Freeview.

You would be sharing with me (female and nearly 24) as well as my adorable cat. Very important that the lodger must love cats not just tolerate them!! (non negotiable)

I would ideally prefer a young professional, but will consider a post-grad student. The ideal lodger would be respectful, clean, tidy, and not someone looking to bring the party home.

I will ask for references from either a parent or employer/work colleague.
