Room in spacious flat in Kensington Olympia

Hello girls!!

My flatmate is sadly leaving her room for a job opportunity abroad and so looking for someone to take over her contract. There is some flexibility as to the move in date, ideally beginning of May but can be sometime between 1st-15th of May.

Really bright and spacious flat with two floors (living room, kitchen and bathroom on first floor and bedrooms on the second floor) plenty of natural light all day. Flat is newly renovated with new kitchen, carpets and recent furniture.

Location is ideal, next to Kesington olympia with great access to Ken High Street, Holland Park, Hammersmith, and Shepards Bush, restaurants, shops cafés etc.

You would live Katerina and Alicia, both really lovely and laid back, really active and often out and about but still loving to sit together for a glass of wine, diner or an outside activity. We are looking for someone aprox 25/30yo, clean, tidy and respectful of the place/private space that wants to make this flat her home!

rent is 950£ + approx 100 bills.
