Room in Olympia, available from (5th of February )

Our flatmate is moving out to a new place with his girlfriend.
So we’re looking for a new housemate to share a lovely flat in a very central location in Kensington Olympia. You will have everything you need around the corner: Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and an off-license, and down the road you’ve got Hammersmith with all amenities.
The flat has a separate living room and a small but comfortable kitchen with three fridges, and 3 toilets and 2 showers allocated close to the rooms.
The flat is on two separate floors.
The bedroom size is approximately 2.50 × 2 m and comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, small desk, and outside the room there’s a wardrobe.
The rent is £650 a month plus roughly £100 of bills; gas is included in the rent.
We are looking for someone who’s an easy-going, sociable, clean, and tidy person.
We are all workers with different schedules during the week.
We have 4 different tube stations within 10 minutes’ walking distance and tons of buses close to the flat.
