Hello, I am subletting my beautiful bedroom in High Street Kensington just in front of the Olympia.

I am going to be abroad from February and I am looking for a kind, respectful and nice person (preferably a woman) to rent my room. The room is spacious and comfortable, and lots of light.
The house also has a renovated kitchen/dining room and bathroom.

WiFi, bills and council included.
The flat will be shared with my flatmate Julia, she is a lovely, respectful and kind human to live with.

Lots of cafes/restaurants and supermarkets around:
- Tesco/ Sainsbury's 3 min away
- Waitrose 7 min away
- M&S and Whole Foods 15 min

Also Holland Park(10 min) and Kensington Gardens(20 min).
